Quantity Surveyor
•Preferably 25 – 35 years of age
•Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
•Must be knowledgeable in materials, equipment, methods, legal and quality standards for construction
•Must be knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop and AutoCADD
•Must have a methodological approach to work and excellent budget handling skills
•Must have at least 3 years relevant work experience
• Must be able to work well under pressure and willing to make visits to construction site

oEstimate materials, time and labor costs
oMonitor each stage of the construction to make sure that costs are in line with forecasts
oPrepare financial progress reports
oEnsure that the project meets the legal and quality standards
